Terms and Conditions
The following terms of business apply to all domain name registrations provided by JCH Computers (Formerly Known as TRUBLU Internet/Computer Business).
- JCH Computers (TRUBLU) does not warrant or guarantee that the domain name applied for will be registered in your name or is capable of being registered by you. Accordingly, you should take no action in respect of your requested domain name(s) until you have been notified that your requested domain name has been approved.
- Both the registration of the domain name and its ongoing use are subject to the relevant naming authority’s terms and conditions of use. You irrevocably waive any claims you may have against JCH Computers (TRUBLU) if a naming authority refuses to register a domain name.
- JCH Computers (TRUBLU) accepts no responsibility for any domain name dispute between individuals or organisations regarding a domain name.
- You are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary intellectual property rights clearances and/or other consents and authorisations, including without limitation, clearances and/or consents in respect of your proposed domain name.
- JCH Computers (TRUBLU) may terminate this agreement forthwith if you fail to pay any sums due to us as they fall due.
- All charges payable to JCH Computers (TRUBLU) shall be in accordance with the current scale of charges, published from time to time on the JCH Computers (TRUBLU) web site.
- The provision by JCH Computers (TRUBLU) of any Service is contingent upon JCH Computers (TRUBLU) having received payment in full.
- These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between JCH Computers (TRUBLU) and the applicant. No variation may be made to this agreement unless it is in writing and signed by authorised representatives of the applicant and JCH Computers (TRUBLU).
- IMPORTANT: Domain Names will be registered on a first-come, first-serve basis, whether or not payment has been received. There is no guarantee that the Domain Name applied for will be entered in the Register. You are advised not to take any action in respect of the registration of a Domain Name before it becomes a full registration.
- You warrant that the details submitted by you, in the Application form are true and correct, and that future additions or alterations to those details will be true and correct.
- You will be responsible to obtain the consent of individuals whose personal data is to be held on the Register and promptly notify JCH Computers (TRUBLU) of any change to its registered details.
- Where an application for a sub-domain is accepted and entered with other relevant details in the Register of .jchcomputers.com.au/.net/.info it may be deleted and made available to any other applicant if the fee invoiced to you is not paid within the time specified on the invoice. You will not be entitled to any refund.
- A pending registration will be converted to a full registration on receipt of the registration fee.
- The initial registration period is for one year from the date of application unless otherwise specified. The registration may be renewed indefinitely for further periods of one or more years, on payment of the renewal fees applicable from time to time.
- Once the Domain Name and your details have been entered in the Register of .jchcomputers.com.au/.net/.info no refund is applicable.
- The registration may be cancelled or suspended should a conflict arise with statutory obligations or Court Order.
- JCH Computers (TRUBLU) does not accept any responsibility for the use of any Domain Name, on the Registry of .jchcomputers.com.au/.net/.info, should any conflict with trademarks, registered or unregistered, or with rights to names in other contexts arise. An invoice is not evidence of ownership.
- The applicant warrants that neither the registration of the Domain Name nor the manner in which the Domain Name is used will infringe the legal rights of a third party.
- There is no limit placed on the number of names that may be applied for or for their use, provided the application rules are met.
- A record will be created in the JCH Computers (TRUBLU) database, NS records will be generated and loaded into zone files of the primary nameservers and secondary nameservers.
